Action
Lecithin is a natural phospholipid substance received from soy bean oil. It is a necessary component of a cell and takes part in various processes of metabolism in organism. Its components constitute a part of cellular membranes, among others, neurons and intracellular structures. Unsaturated fatty acids, that are a part of lecithin, influence cholesterol level normalization and triglycerides and in this way prevent them also from sedimentation on blood vessel walls as well as atheromatosis symptoms appearance or circulatory system disorders. Lecithin is also a source of cholin, a precursor of a neurotransmitter-acetycholine. Thanks to that, it positively influences central nervous system, in particular, brain and skeletal muscles. Regarding the forementioned properties, administration of appropriate form of lecithin constitutes a valuable supplementation of a diet, that has a positive influence on organism, in particular, in case of metabolism disorders, poor memory and weakened concentration, anxiety, fatigue symptoms and exhaustion.
